This month at the Sense event, we have new releases from both Chop Zuey and Ghee. You have until March 8th to pick up these items. Ghee’s Peplum Biker Jacket comes in 8 colors, changeable by HUD. If you are wondering what pants to wear with the jacket, Ghee also includes a pair of checked pants. These pants will go with pretty much all colors – very classic and chic.
Hey guys! I am going to do something that I haven’t done in a while – do product reviews! I did a few for Luxe Box, but since they closed down, I moved on to Powder Pack. I have always wanted to try this subscription box, but since it’s not in the budget to consistently pay 3k L a month for these boxes, I had to choose. Now, I bought the pack in February, but I still haven’t opened it (don’t kill me lol), so I decided to do something big for this next pack.
What I am wearing is not really important – i just have on a robe from Pixicat and hair from Stealthic. The makeup that I am wearing is not from Powder Pack, it’s whatever I had on from before…I think the lipstick is from Amara Beauty. The ring is from Chop Zuey, nails are from the Maitreya hud.
How to purchase
Have you ever felt like despite you doing all of the things, you haven’t been doing enough? I feel like that now.
Hey guys! I have noticed that there is a lot of nostalgic feelings about Second Life lately on social media. People are talking about scenic sims that they miss, stores that they miss shopping at, and the like. So I decided to go through some old landmarks and photos to see what I miss in Second Life.
This was a photo that was long overdue for me to blog 🙂
Hey guys! Let’s get right into it – how did I spend my Valentine’s Day in SL?
1. Went to Hug a Linden Day
I wasn’t in the greatest of moods, so I didn’t get to go in the booths where the Lindens were. I also saw that I was too late to send Valentine’s Day messages to people (I think I did last year). But I did get to stand next to Madori Linden ^^
Okay – I have decided to show you guys some of the stuff that I have been getting for these Black Friday sales. Shopping is definitely therapeutic. With the exception of Blueberry, it was nice just teleporting from store to store and then walking/camming around to try on and buy items. Second Life residents get all the craziness of Black Friday every time we try to get into a new event round…sometimes I wonder why do we do this to ourselves.
I spoke with one of my cousins in RL and she said that she didn’t feel the need to shop just because it was Black Friday. She has everything she needs, and doesn’t need a lot of stuff. Bath & Body Works had some sales prior to Thanksgiving, so I bought some lotions and hand soaps. Could I had lived without them? Sure. But since I look at their items throughout the year and wonder how a certain scent smells or not willing to pay $15 for an item, then Black Friday (and similar sales) would be the perfect time to get them. The same applies for Second Life. And store owners, take note: If it wasn’t for being able to look at a store’s Flickr stream to see what what they have, I wouldn’t had bought as much stuff.
