Hey guys! It is officially winter, and it’s time to get out the warm coats! If you need something warm, functional, but still stylish – Ghee’s got you covered.
Hey guys! Over the weekend I got to visit Havenhollow, a sim where you can go trick – or – treating and explore.
The first time I went to Havenhollow was back in 2014. I liked both the candy and the spooky adventure. In 2015 I wanted to go, but I waited until Halloween, and the sim was too laggy for me to even walk. The Holiday Appreciation Association didn’t have it last year, so I made sure to go early this year ^^
When you arrive, you land in this area, and you receive the following message:
Hey guys! It’s that time of year again where Second Life has lots of fun activities to celebrate the spooky month of October! I will try to blog the events that I go to, so that you will have something to do for this month.
The first event that I went to was The Nightmare Event. For this event, you enter at the main level where the market is. After going down a hole, you get instructions on how to play the game. Do not use the link in the Destination Guide because for some reason, it takes you to the forest, which is towards the end of the game.
In order to win the prizes from the merchants at the market, you have to collect 25 teeth and 5 keys. When you start the game, you get a HUD and a flashlight, and the HUD keeps track of what items you have collected. Here is what it looks like when you get everything:
Hey guys! Can I just say that the Aurora outfit from Prism is just awesome?
Besides the bodysuit and wings, it comes with the sparkler lights, as well as an ambiance light that you can wear so that the rainbow colors can reflect off of the suit + wings.
Hey guys! I just got word not too long ago that Sansar was now in open beta! Strawberry Singh has a lot of useful information on Sansar – I recommend watching the videos before downloading the viewer. The avatar and camera controls video is very useful – too bad I didn’t watch beforehand!
As you can see, Sansar is similar to Second Life in that people still haven’t learned to move off the landing point 😀
Jali is a couture ensemble inspired by the work of Chinese designer Guo Pei. Besides designing for Chinese celebrities, Pei is probably best known for designing the dress that Rihanna wore for the 2015 Met Gala.
