The Spoonful of Sugar event is back for another year! Ran by Ever Courtois and Angelique Wickentower, the proceeds from SoS goes to Doctors Without Borders/ Medicins Sans Frontieres.

“MSF provides assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters, and to victims of armed conflict. They do so irrespective of race, religion, creed, or political convictions.”

The event started on March 18, and ends on April 1. If you are unable to make it inworld to participate, you can always make a donation to the charity here. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. I didn’t see anything like PayPal listed as a payment option. Are you making yourself feel tired without knowing it?

On Thursday (March 23) I attended a workshop on self -esteem at Model’s Workshop. A good portion of the workshop centered around us analyzing several holograms created by Janosh.
“Janosh’s work is based on Sacred Geometry, which is a code language that your subconscious understands. It has helped thousands of people to change their behavior and beliefs and find their purpose in life. ”

We were asked to pick which one(s) we found most interesting or resonated with us. After we picked a drawing, we were then told what it meant. The hologram that I picked spoke to “Release“. The affirmation that went with it was “I let go of everything that restricts my growth.” I felt the hologram resonated with me because it reminded me of something from biology, and was intriguing. If you look on the website, they have a number of holograms, so I am sure one of them will “speak” to you as well.

Shoetopia is back, and it’s raining shoes! Shoetopia will open at 12 pm March 25th , and will end on April 15th. With over 50 designers participating, this will be an event that you don’t want to miss!

If you are s group member of Shoetopia’s sponsors (Blueberry, Breathe, CandyDoll, Empire, N-Core, and Reign), then you probably have already stopped by Shoetopia. Members of these groups were allowed to access Shoetopia 24 hours before the event opened.

There have been several videos floating around that shows what shoppers will find on Saturday. I watched videos from Alicia Chenaux, Kitty Otoole, and Strawberry Singh.  They all give you a pretty good idea of what the build looks like, and how the sections are set up for each store brand.
