Fashioncentric’s Hi5! Hunt – Part 4

Wow – can you believe the Fashioncentric Hi5 Hunt starts today? I have some more hunt prize previews from various designers coming up! Click on the pictures so you can see it bigger.

When I put this outfit from PurpleMoon on , the first thing that struck me were the lovely warm  colors. I wouldn’t say that orange and yellow were my favorite colors or color combination, but this definitely works. Poulet Koenkamp made the cutest rose tiara to match Di Bodysuit, and it is included as part of the outfit.

This dress from Cero Style by Osterhase Yellowjacket has translucent layers, with a bit of color when the light hits it. It has a light and airy feel to it despite it being full length.  The long flowing sleeves reminds me of  pretty fairy wings that I saw once in a store.

In this set I have 3 things to show you. The skin that I am wearing is Melanie from Diamond Avatar, created by Cristal Triellis.  I think this is a nice shade for those that favor the darker skin colors. The purple dress (including bangles)  is from Paris Metro (designed by rfb morpork) – great for a fun night out on the town. For some reason, with the right accessories, this dress would be good for an 80′s theme. The boots come from !Drakke! by Mandrakke Dagger. They have both women and men version of boots, so everyone gets to share in the fun ^^

Rebel Hope has a pink gown as their  hunt gift. I like how it looks soft to the touch, and silky too!

And last, but definitely not least, 4 items to show you here. The black Luna babydoll is from La Petite Coquette, skin is from Dulce Secrets (by AnneAlyce Maertens) , jewelry is from Stars! (by Stargem Winkler), and shoes is from Shelly’s Bootylicious Gear ( by Shelly LeMay).

Fashioncentric’s Hi5! Hunt – Part 3

Hello! Welcome to the third installment  from the Fashioncentric “Hi5!” hunt, starting April 1st. Today I will show you the hunt item from FRENCH BONBON by Ginger Nexen.

The Shelia demin jumpsuit, depending on what accessories you use, can be worn casually or dressed up a bit to go out partying with your friends. Don’t you love it when items are versatile?

Fashioncentric’s Hi5! Hunt – Part 2

Hello! Welcome to the next batch of goodies from the Fashioncentric “Hi5!” hunt, starting April 1st (and no this isn’t an April Fool’s prank…hehe).  I will be featuring the Orient Express, created by Mag Cristol from Timeless Jewels.

Orient Express has 3 components: earrings, a necklace, and a cute hair piece. I chose to wear the Marly outfit from Cero Style to add to the festive feel this jewelry has.

When you zoom in closer, you notice that all of the pieces have the Chinese character “Love” on it. I used to be able to write “Love, peace, happiness” in Chinese at one point – now all I remember is how to write “love” I believe

If you are looking for jewelry that has that something “extra”, but not too over the top, you may want to look for this gift on April 1st.

Fashioncentric’s Hi5! Hunt

Hello everyone! I have something great to share with you. Fashioncentric is having a hunt starting on April 1st, and they are having a launch party to get everyone in a happy mood for hunting! Here is some more information from their website:

“Welcome to the first ever grid-wide Fashioncentric “Hi5!” Hunt taking place from April 1st, 2012 through April 30th, 2012! Fashioncentric proudly celebrates our amazing designers and shoppers with a spectacular hunt and launch party which will kick-off at the Fashioncentric Hunt Hideaway on April 1st, 2012 at 12pm SLT!

Weekly hunt prizes! Every week throughout the Fashioncentric “Hi5!” Hunt we will award one L$5k Grand Prize to a randomly selected fantabulous Fashioncentric Hunt Designer, one L$5k Grand Prize and 5 L$1k prizes to our superific Fashioncentric Hunt Shoppers (Hunt Shoppers must submit the names of any 5 hunt items they’ve found)! It’s FREE for designers to register and all you have to do is be a Fashioncentric designer. Simply join Fashioncentric as a designer and register (below) to participate!

Fashioncentric has a number of stores participating in this hunt, and I will show you some previews on what to expect next month? Ready?

Layla Meridoc of ~*Es Stylez*~ has the cutest little black dress for that special event that you have no clue what to wear ( you know the one, ladies!). The first thing I noticed about this dress is that it has a nice shimmer to it, all the way down to the shoes, which I will show shortly. The sculpted layered skirt also has a resizer menu so you can fit the dress to  your body. The stockings did not come with the dress by the way – those are from No.9.

These are the shoes that come with the Paula outfit. I have noticed that at times designers have shoes that you would only wear with the outfit, but nothing else. Or, you may choose to forgo the shoes entirely and wear something else that you already have. The Paula shoes is stylish enough to wear with other outfits, which is a definite plus.

Twishee of  * TWISHEE * jewels has the fabulous Daan earrings that I chose to complement the Paula dress and shoes. I love chandelier earrings, and if you do too you will not be disappointed.  I was looking at the store’s Flickr page, and the jewelry is beautiful.
